On my journey with leaders to resolve conflict and build high performance teams, there are areas that I identify in both psychological safety and psycholosocial management.
My experience in driving a psychological safe workplace has had strong outcomes, but when it comes to psychosocial management I turn to the experts in that area.
Neglecting to implement psychosocial practices - which involve managing workplace factors that can cause psychological or physical harm (e.g., bullying, excessive workload, low control), results in substantial financial, legal, and operational costs for a business. These costs can include high compensation claims, legal fees and penalties.
Roland, Maureen and Dhawal cover everything from identifying these hazards, building structures to mitigate costs and claims, and meeting WHS governance compliance and regulatory requirements.
-
Roland runs GraceX, building early warning systems for founders and MDs who don't want to find out about a workplace problem through a worker's comp claim.
Most of the damage is visible before it gets expensive. GraceX helps you catch it earlier.
Roland and I have ran workshops together and co-hosted webinars on where leadership culture and compliance risk meet. When my clients need Roland's expertise, I make the introduction.
